When you contact our support team we ask for very basic details like orde id, your email address and if required your website details.
What Our Support Doesn’t Cover:
Our product support does not include significant customizations, theme modifications, and creating new options in the theme. We are not allowed to give WordPress support, you should contact WordPress directly for such issues. Any support related to third-party plugins cannot be given by us and we won’t be able to provide any hosting server-related maintenance and services.
